In other words, I got a burn on my left hand just below the thumb and index fingers. How? Two words: HOT glue.
Hot glue is way hotter than I thought it was! I was helping my brother make his costume for Comic Con--because apparently I am the new costume maker of the family--and I was holding two pieces of cardboard together with my left hand while my right hand was holding the hot glue gun above my other hand. My right hand slipped as I was pressing the trigger for the hot glue, and it poured all over my left hand. It hurt... really bad. I had to peel a bunch of still-hot glue off of my hand, which only made the stinging worse. But I was determined to get that part of the costume finished, and I just kept at it until I was satisfied. Then I decided to treat my burns... I put cream on it and covered it with a huge band-aid. I wasn't planning on covering it, but when I rubbed my hand across something, it would sting like crazy.
So that was my adventure for the weekend. Oh, and the costume I'm making for my brother is of Steve from Minecraft. Photos will come once I have put together the legs, the arms, and the body. So far I have one leg done, and that still needs to be finished being hot-glued together!

New account
Edit: I made my new account: Houndfell (https://www.deviantart.com/houndfell)
I'm still uploading stuff there. =P
So, after a lot of thinking, I'm going to make myself a new account. This one has so much old crap on it, and it makes me feel cluttered. It also feel that it keeps me from gaining watchers, and that keeps me from wanting to be on here as often as I used to.
Once I finish setting up my new account, I'll share it on a journal.
QuillDog Raffle
MischievousRaven (https://www.deviantart.com/mischievousraven) is holding a raffle for one of her amazing QuillDog species!
Those colors are drop-dead gorgeous.
Anyways, she's also an awesome artist who also happens to be a falconer, so you should go watch her. Like, right now.
Tumblr
I made a Tumblr

DA's just started getting ridiculous with the amount of ads, glitches, and the disrespect shown to its users. I've been thinking about using Tumblr instead, so I'm going to give it a try.
Custom character point commission?
I have 145 points that are just sitting there, in existence. I hate to just leave them unused. I keep wanting to make myself a character with complicated markings, but I haven't been able to find the creativity to do so. I'm thinking about commissioning someone for all of my points (I know it's not very much) to make me a custom character. If you're interested, leave a comment! :)
